Munich

Munich, the capital of Bavaria, is Germany's third largest city by population. Beyond its importance and attractions, Munich is also an excellent hub to use as a base to visit the other German towns. This series of photographs does include some of the city's iconic landmarks, but most of them capture places I discovered during my travels, places not necessarily found in the standard tourist guides.

Lovely details of the New Town Hall, and the amazing lines and shapes inside the Residenz Museum, you once again has made your travel photography so enjoyable to the viewer. Thank you for the explanation to each photo, as the German name does not convey any meaning to non-German speakers like me.

A superb gallery unde development. I was from early age familiar with Munich, through short wave radio broadcasts of Radio Free Europe, hosted in town, reaching the communist countries behind the "Iron Curtain". Now I discover how beautiful the town is. VVV+++
