These photos were taken in Death Valley in March of 2016 using a Canon 6D with various "l" lenses in the majority of cases (usually a 24-105 l). The weather was cooperative and I was able to get some pretty nice shots. I tried to focus mostly on sand dunes and the salt pan. Channels in the salt pan were of particular interest. I wasn't originally going to go to the Racetrack but changed my mind at the last moment and went. I'm glad I did since I was able to catch a rainbow there. I took a number of Milky Way night shots using a Rokinon 14mm lens. Most of those images were taken in Rhyolite. The Rhyolite Ghost Town isn't technically in Death Valley but it's close enough that we like to pretend it is.
