I have made the pyjamas of this sleepwear pattern from 2002 (now discontinued). My fabric is an 80-20 blend of cotton and wool from Fashion Fabrics Club, purchased four years ago. As well as a lavish top, the pyjamas are slightly unusual in that the pants have on-seam pockets.
As a design variation I added lace to the cuffs. I have also used six buttons on the top rather than the four stipulated by the pattern, and have spaced them more closely. Four seemed too few and likely to gape.
The pyjamas are a good fit, and I expect to enjoy wearing them. The pattern is easy and fun to make, and I recommend it if you are able to find a copy.

Now I have made view B, the collarless, full-length nightdress. My fabric is an 80-20 cotton and wool blend by Liberty of London from 2016, a design called Buds and Berries. I made size XL, a generous fit, and shortened the garment by 5cm (2in) owing to lack of fabric. In fact the finished garment is plenty long enough, and would have been too long if I had not shortened it.
The nightdress, rather unusually, includes side-seam pockets - a nice touch. I am very happy with the finished garment and warmly recommend the pattern.
