# Tully area #

It is one of the wettest places in Australia. The town of Tully has an average annual rainfall of almost 4.1 m (167 inches).
The plains are covered by vast fields of sugarcane and plantations of bananas. But the surrounding mountains and nearby coast provide many places of beauty where nature abounds.
