2008, Mar, NY Upstate in Winter

The first 3 pictures were taken in the Bear Mountain Region, where most of it was closed due to the Seven Lakes Drive was not shoveled.

The other photos were all taken in a reservoir area called Shokan. It was the first time I heard of or saw this place. It was worth going there all the way from the city on a freezing day to admire the beautiful and serene snow scenes.
