Sichuan Revisited 再踏四川康巴味道

Khampa generally refers to the western part of Sichuan Province sitting on the eastern fringe of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.

The Khampa area is resided with a high concrentation of Tibetan and Jiangs minorities
and is characterised by a vast varying landform from alpine lakes, snow peaks, glaciers to pastures, meadows and valleys.

Such special mix of landscape and cutlure gives Khampa a unique taste, a taste
which one would like to memorise and recollect from time to time.

Tried the taste of Khampa, my heart moves closer to Shangri-la.....
