November comes between the fall and winter months. The leaves are almost completely gone from
the trees, and the rest have lost most of their colour. The crops have been harvested and fields
and gardens have been prepared for a winter's rest. An array of waterfowl are migrating
through or into the Vancouver Island Region, the salmon runs are starting and the eagles
are beginning to gather, the island scenery is taking on a new look and photo opportunities
abound for anyone who lives on or visits the island.
