Birds of prey

The first section of photos were taken in various places at various times.

The second group were taken at the Hawk Conservancy, near Andover, in Hampshire, U.K., on 10th July 2007.

The third group were taken at the Falconry and Animal Centre, in Bossington, Somerset, circa October 2004.

The fourth main group was taken at Jardin de las Aguilas, on a mountain by Benalmadena on the Costa del Sol, in June 2006.

And the fifth were shot at Sharandy's Birds of Prey, in Long Load, Somerset ~ in August 2008 & April 2011

Excellent gallery! I love shooting these birds of prey! I too have a D70, and invite you to look at (and comment as you see fit) on my images at:

I had a heck of a time with the shots where the bird was behind a cage....were any of your shots like that? If so, how'd you get around it? Mine turned out ok, but some left a bit of a 'haze' in front, from the cage wire/mesh.
