GALLERY :: Morning Light in Bodie:: Bodie State Park, California, 2006

In October of 2006 I returned, with friends, to Bodie Ghost Town. This time our tour leader had arranged for us to be in Bodie as the sun rose. This way we were able to make images in the golden light of morning. My stay in Bodie was short because I had to get home, but I was able to get some interesting images as the light played over the desolate scene.

Yes, Tim. Definitely worth the wait in my opinion. Every photograph you have included here tells a story. I love how we can all see the same things in our own individual ways, as are pointed out in the comments. You did a fine job in Bodie, even though you had to leave early.
