I see a work of abstract art created not only by the dramatic lighting and texture, but by the division of horizontal and vertical lines in a very compelling composition.
Agreeing with Phil, I too want to run my fingernail along the slats of wood. I also love how this image give JUST enough information to understand what we are seeing. A brilliant abstract graphic as well.
