Dining Out With Ah Dee (UPDATED 5/25/04)

We have some serious diners in our family. My daughter and son-in-law take me out to eat all the time. Sometimes they go out with my son-in-law's younger cousin, whom we call "Ah Dee" in Chinese. They have dined together at some very fine restaurants, but they also enjoy trying cheap, ethnic comfort food at tiny holes-in-the-wall. Their attitude is: Getting great food at an expensive restaurant is easy; getting great food at a bargain price -- now THAT'S an
accomplishment!
