These waiters are very attentive and enjoy making suggestions for our meals. The one dish that they unanimously recommended was the restaurant's signature "Mongolian Golden Sand Chicken" -- a crispy skin roast chicken with fried garlic bits (the "golden sand" in the name), served with a slightly strange-tasting brown dipping sauce on the side.

We were lucky to get this group shot of them because the restaurant is usually very busy during dinnertime. My daughter printed this out immediately on her Canon CP-100 printer so that each waiter had his own copy within minutes. They were amazed at the speed!
