I have to say that the change in the weather this month has been a real spiritual booster for me. I didn’t mind the cold and ice too badly; in fact, I enjoyed taking photos this past winter. My photographic skills are growing somewhat and I feel that I have a much better understanding of my camera and how to use it. I still have a way to go before I consider myself really any “good” but the positive feedback and also the helpful critics and tips have been so helpful. In fact, this project has become a real source of happiness for me. For the first time in my life I am beginning to feel like I have finally found the perfect medium of personal expression I have been searching for all these years.
