Butler, PA

This is a spring morning shot of the photo I chose for my March 3rd, 2004 photo. I believe Doug Sandquist commented how it would be interesting to see this spot at different times of the year. It was a typical, wet spring morning with just a touch of fog in the air. I figured it would do for today’s shot. This time I was able to pull over and actually get out of the car to shoot. Unfortunately, I was not quite awake yet and didn’t reset my ISO to something more acceptable than 1600! Darn!!

I love shots like this.
A nice follow up would be taking the same shot at different times of the day.

The long and winding road that leads to your door,
Will never disappear,
I've seen that road before It always leads me here,
Leads me to your door.

Great shot Ron.

What a difference 6 weeks makes! I thought the road looked familiar from the thumb... the forest is waking up! Nice shot even at 1600! I have been known to forget that too!
