I came home from work, readied some of my camping gear and promptly fell asleep on the sofa with my cat…man, I must be getting old. Anyway, when I awoke it was still very sunny out. I grabbed my camera pack and headed out the door as I hadn’t shot a thing yet today. I went into the cemetery through a hole in the fence and wandered around looking for something good to shoot that would show off this great setting sunlight. This is one of my sweetie’s favorite statues in the cemetery and the lighting on it was vivid so I spent some time shooting it from different angles.
