The center piece of Kenai Fjords National Park is the Harding icefield on the southeast coast of the Kanai Peninsula in Alaska. This icefield occupies half of the 608,000-acre of the park and feeds 32 glaciers. The rugged wilderness is the result of glacial actions.

This galley contains pictures taken during my visits in 2003 and 2005 in the Exit Glacier area which is only a short distance from the town of Seward in Kanai Peninsula. Exit Glacier is one of the most accessible glacier in Alaska. Park service has built a nice hiking path so that visitors can practically walk to the glacier.
