Kelly Tarlton's Antarctic Encounter and Underwater World. There are wonderful exhibits replicating Scott's quarters and equipment on his Antarctic Explorations (needing slow exposures, high sensitivity settings, some deliberate underexposure, and a steady hand) an underwater aquarium (the same requirements, plus the need for the fish to stay still, which fish don't, so I have to pretend that's what my photographs are meant to convey), a big tank with enormous stingrays being fed (requiring the photographer to be both above and below the waterline, which I couldn't achieve in time, so no worthwhile photographs of that bit either) and a trip through a bit of artificial Antarctica in what you are meant to think is a snow tractor (where after a practice run, you might be able to get pictures that look almost like genuine Antarctica, but we only went through once, so my pictures aren't convincing). Altogether a challenge for an amateur photographer, but good fun. Recommended.
