Of all my backpacking trips, this has been my favorite location to hike. The diversity found within this National Park is so great and beautiful. One of the windiest places anywhere and with the microclimates within the park, weather can be very different in adjacent areas of the park. Although this may not be a park for softies, this part of Patagonia is like a little Alaska with glaciers, dense forest, roaring creeks, lakes, waterfalls and wildlife.
