We East Texans, and especially us farmers, have not forgotten the drought of 2011 which brought record heat and lack of moisture. 2012 is starting out so much better with my farm looking green and with all the ponds are full and overflowing. Today, after the weekend rains ceased, I shot the following photos which demonstrates that moisture and our green earth has once again returned. We are thankful for the blessings of springtime and the rains. We all will sit tight awaiting the upcoming summer.
