Grand Teton National Park September 2006

We vacationed in Grand Teton National Park, with some Yellowstone thrown in for good measure. Dates of the trip were 9/15-24. Our backpack trip took place Sunday, 9/17 - Thursday, 9/21, beginning at the Death Canyon Trailhead, heading north along the Teton Crest Trail, and coming down Paintbrush Canyon to South Jenny Lake.

I am glad to see Carol was smiling even in the snow! It is hard to believe it was that cold with all the blue sky behind you but the hats never seemed to come off!
