Pepper 06_19_05.jpg

Today I'm just relaxing; so,I just took a snap shot. I don't have all that many photographs of Pepper, my nine year old Llewellyn Setter. This evening we were just out in the backyard when a robin landed in the tree nearby and Pepper saw it. The puppy, that still lives inside Pepper still gets excited by tweety birds.

The sun was down and the light was a little flat. I was handholding and this is a little soft. Lastly, the background is really too busy, but what the heck she deserved a picture.

Setters have a little more of the pup in them than most dogs! Lovely dogtrait

i agree w/stevephoto comments -- it does seem like he is thinking come on - come on. :-)

It sort of looks like he's posing and saying to himself, "I've been standing here for five minutes. I sure hope he takes the picture soon."

Cool shot! I think all dogs act like puppies :) Like my almost 6-year old Labrador.
