July 2010

This was the month of the continuation of the huge BP oil gush into the Gulf of Mexico and the oil intrusion into the marshes, wetlands and coastline of Louisiana.
We celebrated Bastille Day with the playing of La Marseillaise and dinner at Perilloux Place.
It was also the month of the blooming of the sunflower fields planted in the Bonnet Carre' Spillway.
