The Resistance
(Part 1)

May 14, 2015

The greatest resistance that exists in the world right now is the resistance to awareness and understanding. There are some pockets of awareness that are beginning to take root in some places. And within these pockets, there are some smart and enlightened people. However, from what I have seen and experienced, we still have a long way to go towards attaining a true understanding of what truth and awareness is. As it stands right now, people seem willing to address some kinds of truths, but are completely resistant to other kinds of truths.

As Within, So Without

In our modern world, it appears that the truth has evolved to become "my truth" and "your truth". Whatever happen to The Truth? While it's true that the pursuit of truth is often an ongoing process, ignorance of some truth is only partial truth, not whole truth. External truth is only one-half of the equation. The other half of the equation is internal truth. However, trying to get someone in the "truth movement" to truthfully examine the internal environment is like trying to get the president or congress to truthfully examine 911. There is a whole lot of resistance to it.

Why is it important to understand the internal environment? Because, the external environment is merely a reflection of the internal environment. In other words, that which we hide from ourselves on the inside, will eventually manifest in the outside world.

As Above, So Below

How truthful are the truthers? What do people talk about in the truth movement? A lot of things. However, one of the primary topics of conversation seems to revolve around the "elite". For example, many people in the truth movement often talk about...

Do any of the traits mentioned above apply to anyone in the "truth movement"? Perhaps. How about if we take a look at a couple of well known people in the "alternative media" as an example?

Before I begin I want to say that I appreciate the contributions that two these individuals have made to truth and awareness over the years. They deserve to be recognized for that. I also want to make it clear that this is not about any specific subject matter that they chose to pursue. Personally, I think that both of these individuals have been courageous in their willingness to discuss certain topics that many others were not willing to explore or discuss. I may not agree with everything that they say, but that doesn't mean I don't find value in the contributions that they have made.

Why am I referring to these two particular individuals in this discussion?

David Icke

David Icke is a researcher, writer and presenter that has been active in this arena for about twenty five years now. During this time he has helped to create a greater awareness and understanding of subject matter that was previously unknown to many parts of the general population. For his contributions to truth and awareness, he deserves to be recognized and appreciated. David Icke has a net worth that is reported to be somewhere in millions.

Back in 2013, David Icke helped to create a media company called "The Peoples Voice". He financed this project through a crowd funding campaign that was made possible through the generous monetary contributions made by the people...for the people(s) voice. It's difficult to get an accurate assessment of the total amount of money that was raised through the crowd funding campaign, donations and other funding sources, but it is thought to have been at least a million dollars (I'll error on the conservative side of some estimates).

What happen to that money? Instead of using the donated funds to slowly build up the media company, he poured it all into something that he believed could compete with the existing mainstream media. To make a long story short, the The Peoples Voice (and the peoples money) only lasted about 7 months before they both went belly up.

However, before The Peoples Voice went belly up, it produced enough drama to compete with many of the reality shows on mainstream TV. There were "internal" conflicts, "external" bailouts, accusations of financial improprieties (i.e. lavish spending, corruption and embezzlement), plenty of arguments, finger pointing, denials, people stepping down, people stepping up...you name it.

What happen? Egos happened. And blindness happened. The main ego involved was that of David Icke. He tried to create something that was clearly unsustainable. Like many of the corrupt politicians that he tries to expose, he took the peoples money and then spent it like it was monopoly money (instead of honoring and respecting the gift that the people had given to him). Then when the venture began to fail, he made an attempt to distance himself from The Peoples Voice and limit his liability (or so it appeared). The situation looked very much like something that we might expect to see from a mainstream politician or a banker (rather than someone in the truth movement).

I'd like to give David the benefit of the doubt, but when he was asked to respond to what had happen with The Peoples Voice, he took little responsibility for his part in it. Rather, he tried to place the blame somewhere else (outside of himself). Worse, he tried to say that he wasn't really involved in the venture, therefore he didn't really have any first-hand knowledge about what was going on in it. This is after he told the world that it was his lifelong dream to create such a media company.

He wants us to believe that he was willing to help create The Peoples Voice, involve himself with it, market it and associate his name with it, but he really didn't have anything to do with it? I felt like I was watching the Enron hearings or the Banker Bailouts, with much the same type of outcome. The people's money was plundered, the people got screwed and the person that was at the top of the pyramid walked away with all (or most) of his money intact.

Actually, The Peoples Voice never really seemed like it was for the people at all. It seemed more like it was David Icke TV. Think about this scenario for a moment. What would have happen if some of that million dollars would have been used to truly help give the people a voice? How much of a difference would have $50 spread around to a thousand people in the truth movement made? That would have only been five percent of the total money that was raised. However, how much more of a voice might that have helped to create for the people and for the "movement"?

What was the unfortunate result of this fiasco? David Icke's reputation got tarnished. The information that David has discussed over the years got tarnished. Confidence in crowd funding got tarnished. Some "conspiracy theories" were tarnished (and some additional ones were created). The alternative media was tarnished. Drama and division in the truth movement occurred. Talk about a wet dream for the power structure.

Before you condemn David Icke, however, please read the next section regarding Alex Jones. And before you condemn Alex Jones, please read the rest of this essay. The reasons for these discussions are very relevant to the material that was presented in the last segment The Invasion.

Alex Jones

Alex Jones is a well known figure in the alternative media. He has been involved in the truth movement for over twenty years now. Probably more than anyone else in the alternative media (so he likes to tell us), he has helped to bring awareness and understanding to many important issues in the world. Actually, you would probably be challenged to try and find someone in this movement who hasn't learned at least a little something from Alex Jones. For his many contributions to truth and awareness, he deserves to be recognized and appreciated. Alex Jones has a net worth that is reported to be somewhere in millions.

How big is big enough? How much money is enough? How much recognition is enough? How many sponsors is enough? How many infomercials can you cram between each news segment? How many "solutions" (products) can you sell on the back of the "problems" that you report on? How polarized can you make an issue? How much agitation can you encourage in your audience? How much drama can you inject into your broadcast? How much embellishment can you use to make you point? How many times can you stroke your own ego (or get one of your guests to stroke it for you) during a two hour broadcast?

How much is enough? For Alex Jones, it seems that enough is never enough. However, somewhere in all of that excess, Alex has found a way to create a very successful media company (with the help from his sponsors, employees and viewers). Alex is obviously well read, intelligent and often comes up with some very good insights. He works hard and he deserves to be recognized for that work.

However, I would ask this question: Has Alex become blinded or unknowingly compromised during his journey towards the truth?

If we look at the "mainstream elite", what are some of their characteristics? Are there any similarities with the "alternative elite"? How about a focus on themselves? A propensity towards excesses? The accumulation of money? A desire for power and control? Egotistical behavior?

The ego is actually a necessary part of the experience that we are currently having on this planet. However, if the ego becomes inflated or corrupted, it can also serve as one of the primary sources of corruption and suffering in the world. The ego has the potential act like a "portal" to our consciousness. It's sort of like a port on a computer. If that port is left open (unguarded), the ego can sometimes be infiltrated by a Trojan horse or a virus. When the ego becomes infected, it can cause its host to behave in erratic ways. However, if the ego is firewalled (kept in check), then the host is less susceptible to outside hacks, influences and/or manipulations.

The corrupted ego creates a blindness in its host. It encourages insatiable needs and desires. It over-shadows compassion and empathy, and encourages selfishness. It blinds us to the spirit, and it makes us a slave to the body. The corrupted ego destroys us from within, while it destroys others around us. The corrupted ego is a monster in disguise.

What is the danger of having a monster ego (the size of Texas) at the helm of the alternative media? Such an ego would most likely be blinded to itself. It would not understand how it is being influenced or how it is influencing others. The primary motivation of a corrupted ego is to feed itself (truth is secondary). Inflated egos encourage other egos to also become inflated. More inflated egos leads to more blindness.

When the mind and the body become infected (blinded) by the ego, hard work and progress (made by the mind and body) can be unknowingly compromised by the ego. Outside agendas can be fed, while the ego is bent over blindly feeding itself at the trough. An implosion can sneak up on those affected, without ever having been seen (i.e. The Peoples Voice).

What is the most dangerous part about the diseased ego? A diseased ego will not allow its host to accept the idea that it can happen to them. Anything. When someone becomes taken over by the ego, it usually leads them down a road that often ends quite badly (for both the ego and the host). History is littered with many honest and sincere people that had a real potential to change the world, but got lost along the way.

Learning, Growing and Surviving,
while Making a Positive Difference

Personally I think that knowledge, truth and awareness should be "open source" and available to everyone. I understand that people need to survive. Trust me, I do. However, there is something that doesn't seem quite right about trying to commercialize, commoditize or consumerize knowledge, truth and awareness in the pursuit of survival.

How many natural things have been "productized" today? What would a Native American have said if someone tried to sell him a plastic bottle full of water back in the early 1800's? He probably would have laughed and then gone and drank some pure clean water from a nearby river or stream. Today people don't think twice about paying a couple bucks for a bottle full of "pure water" or paying extra so that they can eat some natural food (instead of having to eat substantially equivalent artificial food-like substances).

How far has this insanity gone? Today we have prepackaged "substantially equivalent" knowledge and truth (comfortable lies) that is freely available for consumption by the general public. However, if you want the really good stuff (natural truth and awareness), then you have to pay extra for that. At what point did we arrive in the Twilight Zone? Because I think that a lot of people missed that signpost.

Actually, I am not opposed to the idea of people teaching other people higher knowledge (or mentoring them) and being compensated for their time. The problem is that this often puts valuable knowledge out of the reach much of the general population. It creates class systems that are based on who can afford to pay for occulted (hidden) higher knowledge. It creates secret societies. And it creates secret meetings. Ultimately, it creates a secret ruling class who rule over the lower poorer classes (by way of wealth, knowledge, power and control).

Some might argue that secret societies and mystery schools serve a purpose (i.e. they are necessary in order to help protect valuable knowledge from the "profane"). Actually there is some validity to this. With knowledge comes great responsibility. Those who don't earn knowledge (through experience, learning and growth), often abuse it or corrupt it through a lack of understanding (a lack of awareness). In reality, however, knowledge gets abused at all levels. To truly help prevent the abuse of knowledge, all people must have access to the same knowledge (and be encouraged to properly utilize it through compassion understanding, awareness and wisdom).

Commercialized Truth
(wrap it up right)

I understand why people package up truth and awareness the way they do. I get it. Who in their right mind would want to contribute a donation towards spreading painful truths? Who wants to deal with difficult internal truths when they have a viable "alternative" which points fingers in every other direction (except within)? Why contribute money towards understanding the hard internal truths, when you can support more comfortable external truths? Why help to encourage full awareness, when you can support distractionary partial awareness instead?

Perhaps I was a bit naive in thinking that people in the "truth movement" would actually want to hear the truth? Maybe it was dumb to think that people would actually want to help other people who were trying to increase awareness by exploring and discussing the root cause of the problem?

I guess if I was really intelligent, I would have wrapped this information up in a nice palatable, comfortable, watered down, sugar coated, feel good, acceptable, externalized, politically correct...load of crap. That way, instead of living out of my 20 year-old car penniless and in poverty, I could instead have a nice house and a nice car...perhaps I could even have a car for every day of the week like the smart preachers have?

Actually, I have no desire to collect material possessions or own expensive toys. The only things that I want are the things are necessary to help me accomplish my goals. And I don't need very much for that. I have no desire for monetary riches. The only money that I want is that which is required for the basic needs in life. And I have no desire for fame. The only recognition that I want is to simply be appreciated for the contributions that I have made.

Things that We Take for Granted

How many people understand what it is like it is to try and write an essay while living in a car in 110 degree heat (in the desert) or living in a car in sub-freezing temperatures (in the mountains), using a computer with keys that don't work, a mouse that is defective and electrical power (writing time) that is limited by a car battery (and solar when it is available)? How many people understand how difficult it is to do proper research when your regular internet access is limited to a few times a month (for only a few hours at a time)?

How many people understand what it is like to have your food stolen because somebody else thought that they were more hungry than you were? How many people know what it is like to not have the money to replace that food after it has been stolen? How many people understand what it is like to watch your pet be hungry? How many people have actually ever gone without food for more than a couple of days?

How many people take for granted the water that comes out of their faucet? The thermostat on their wall? The blankets on their bed. The shoes on their feet? The food in their refrigerator? How many people take for granted having soap to wash with? Toothpaste? Clean clothes? How many people take for granted the simple things in life that other people in this world can only wish for?

People say that the elite are out of touch and don't have any empathy for others. Do you really think that this is limited to just the elite?

Stuck in Mountains

Last winter I was stuck up in the mountains for a few weeks in sub-freezing temperatures while living in my car. I didn't have a portable heater or any money to run the heater in the car. I ended up getting serious frostbite on my left hand and on a couple of my toes. I made an appeal to the readers of this series for some assistance or a donation to help out. I thought that someone from the truth "community" might be able to help. But no help came from that community.

There was nothing, not even a couple of dollars. Nor was there anything from Alex Jones or David Icke who have been following and reading this series for over two years now.

I did end up receiving one donation (the only one that I have received for this series). I am very grateful for that donation because it helped me to get out of the mountains. Had I stayed up in the mountains any longer without heat, I could have lost some fingers. As it was, it took almost a month for the frostbite that was on my hand to heal. Why was I up in the mountains in the winter? Because that is where I needed to be earlier that summer. I could try to explain why, but it probably wouldn't make sense to most people (unless maybe they had read this entire series).

In the four years that this current effort has been going, I have received a total of four thank you's and one donation. I didn't do this for thank you's or for donations, but seriously, I think that must be some kind of world record considering how many people have read this series. How many other people do you think would continue with such an effort without any support, encouragement or words of appreciation?

Actually I wouldn't keep this up if I didn't think that it was making a difference. But I have seen this information filter out into the internet. And that is what keeps me going...the opportunity to help make a positive difference in the world.

Community

Where is the community in the "truth community"? Where is the community among the people? I have heard David Icke talk about the homeless and about truth, and love, and compassion and empathy. I have heard other readers of this series also talk about the same things. I have heard Alex Jones talk about standing up for truth. Is all that just talk? These people must have found something worthwhile in this series or they wouldn't have kept reading it. Yet they wouldn't even contribute a few bucks (or some kind words) towards helping to keep this effort alive? Towards awareness? Towards helping out another human being in need? It's difficult for me to take their words seriously after this experience.

I've lived in quite a few poor communities in my life and even on the street for a while. Obviously there is a mix of many different kinds of people in these places just like everywhere else. However, what seemed to separate some of these areas from other areas was a sense of true community. There were a few times while living in these communities that I didn't have any food to eat. You know what? People helped me out without even having to ask (even when they didn't have very much themselves). And when others needed something to eat, I helped them out (even when I didn't have very much myself). To me, that is true community. Where has this gone in the world today? Where is the community in the "truth community"?

I think that it is important for people to be strong and self-sufficient. However, I also think that community is important as well. Why don't I live in an apartment or a house? Right now I have less than a dollar to my name. But even if I did have money, I wouldn't want to live that type of lifestyle again. There are far too many opportunities for growth outside of the system. I don't mind struggling a little. Challenges can be good for learning and growth. However, I do need to be able to cover at least the basic necessities in life.

I left the corporate world many years ago and I have no intention of returning to it. Most mainstream jobs expect you to conform to the ways of the matrix (i.e. the corporate culture). I simply cannot wear masks, live in illusions or speak comfortable lies. It's just not who I am. I do work when I can. However, living in a car without a permanent physical address (in the post Patriot Act era), it can be difficult to find work, especially in rural and high unemployment areas.

Work

What is work? Is it the "daily grind" (i.e. the human hamster wheel)? What does the daily grind do to our minds, our bodies, and our spirits? It destroys them (while it feeds the system and makes it stronger). Is this really the best use of our individual talents? Or is there another better "alternative" way to use our energy?

An incredible amount of work and sacrifice has gone into writing this series. Many of these essays are encoded with information that is much deeper than what appears on the surface. This was done for a reason. This series was designed to reach people in ways (and on levels) that would not normally be possible with other forms of communication. These essays are meant to help encourage a deep understanding and awareness of who we are, where we are and what we are capable of becoming as both human and spiritual beings.

I have certain talents and skills that other people don't have. Right now, I feel that those skills can be best utilized in this place and in this arena. However, if I think that they might be utilized best somewhere else, then I will go there. Other people also have talents and skills that I don't have. I imagine that they try to utilize their skills in the best way that they know how. People don't always need to come together physically in order to create synergy. In fact, sometimes it is more beneficial to act independently. However, if we choose to work independently, that doesn't mean that we cannot also help to support and encourage each other in our individual efforts.

All of the knowledge, experience and work contained within this series has been given away for free. Up until recently (the last few years), I have not asked for any donations. And, even then, I only asked for donations when I truly needed them. Everything else has been self-financed. I was very frugal with the money that I had (using it to cover only the basic necessities in life and doing what I can to help others). However, personal funds only last so long.

I made a choice not to participate in social media (for reasons discussed throughout this series). This obviously puts me at a bit of a disadvantage in reaching people. For many people today, social media, news apps and news feeds have become their primary source of information (and income). It has gotten to the point that if your not on social media today, then you're almost considered to be a non-person. This didn't happen by accident. I think that it is a mistake to let technology rule our lives. To be backed into a corner or forced into supporting something in order to survive goes against everything that I have discussed in this series.

Recently I heard a radio interview where a "truther" said that they didn't want say anything bad about a well known person in the alternative media because it might ruin their chances of being on their show. How can the truth be filtered like this and still remain the truth? It reminds me of people in mainstream politics who look the other way for the "good of the party" (or for the good of themselves).

Burn Out

Why does it seem like so many people in the truth movement burn out? Because after they get here they realize that it's not really so much about The Truth as it is about partial truth, comfortable truth, external truth, my truth and your truth. Not too many people want to hear about the hard truths (internal truths) in this movement. So those truths end up getting swept under the rug. It seems like the people that do make an attempt to communicate the uncomfortable truths, usually get heckled or stoned into submission by other members of the "comfortable truth movement". They either learn to tow the party line, or they leave the truth movement and dive back into the matrix. Not too encouraging for the truth.

How can we expect anyone to want to speak the truth when there is so much resistance to the truth? How can we expect anyone to want to leave the matrix if what they can expect to find on the outside is more of the same illusion (just dressed up in a different costume)? They might as well stay in the matrix and make some money.

I'd like to think that David Icke or Alex Jones would make a contribution to this effort at some point. Or perhaps offer some words of appreciation for the work. But why would they? That's not what the "elite" do. I imagine I probably lost all hope of ever receiving a donation from them with this essay. Such is the nature of the truth. Was my appraisal of the situation incorrect (false)? Or does it have validity (truth). I'd be curious to hear what they would say on the matter. Actually, I hope that David and Alex understand where I was coming from with this essay and that my intent was to try to be helpful (to them and to the "movement"), not to be polarizing.

What do I think about David and Alex? Do I think that they are insincere in their message? Do I think that they are shills? No. But I do think they have become blinded and affected (or infected) in much the same way as the "other elite" have. I'm not trying to make excuses for them or for anyone else. I'm just saying that there appears to be plenty of room on the Road to Destruction these days for everybody to travel (peasant and elite alike).

The very moment that we begin to think that we cannot become blind, is usually the same moment that we begin to lose our sight.

Prescription Blinders

Do you think that the mainstream "elite" actually see what they are doing? Do you think that they actually grant themselves the opportunity to recognize and reflect internally on the things that they are doing externally? Most of these people have blinders on. Many of them think that they are doing good. They think that they are helping to save the planet by exterminating the people. They justify hoarding their money because it's a dog-eat-dog world and the people under them need to make their own way.

The elite think that they have earned the right to rule over others and have dominion over the planet because they think that they are The Smartest Guys in the Room. They take from others, so that they can give to themselves. Many of these people actually think of themselves as some sort of Robin Hood. They suppress others around them, in order to build themselves up. They create illusions for themselves "in their minds", so that they can justify the things that they do when they are "out of their minds". They create a make believe world for themselves so that they can feel good about what they do, while they are doing things that aren't so good.

As humans, we have at our disposal an entire arsenal of disguises in the form of justifications, rationalizations, denials, illusions and excuses. As we "progress" through life, it seems that many of us learn to use these illusions with all of the skill and precision of a master magician performing up on a stage. However, the stage is not the main event. The stage is actually the illusion (distraction) that keeps our eyes away from the main event.

Greed is Good

I worked in the finance industry for about thirteen years. During that time I worked for two large well-known brokerage houses and two small private investment firms. Do you know what the mantra was in many parts of the industry back then? Greed is Good. Guess where that illusion came from? It came from another illusion called "Wallstreet". If you haven't seen this movie, I highly recommend watching it because it will help to shed some light...not on human nature...but on human psychology.

I'd also recommend looking into the case of Enron ("The Smartest Guys in the Room") and Worldcom. Look into the dotcom bubble. Look at the corruption that was going on back then (and what is going on now). Then look at 911 again. I have a rather unique perspective on this situation because I was a stock and option trader at a large brokerage firm during this time (trading mostly in dotcom securities). For anyone that really wants to get to know human psychology, I'd recommend a career in stock trading. And the very best time to learn about human psychology is during market bubbles.

The Fever is Contagious

If you are of the opinion that the average everyday person is any different than the "elite" when it comes to money (fever) , then you are probably still residing deep within the matrix. You may think that you have walked out of the matrix (or out of the hollow deck), but in reality, it's more likely that you probably just slid over into a different part of the very same illusion. I am not trying to make a blanket statement here. But I can tell you from a great deal of experience that the vast majority of people in this world are capable of (or susceptible to) falling into this trap and becoming blinded to seeing (recognizing) where they have "fallen"...as they are "rising" up.

If you give someone a $100, they will likely spend a $100. If you give someone a $1000, they will likely spend a $1000. If you give someone a $1,000,000, they will likely spend a $1,000,000. In fact, no matter what amount of money that you give to a person, most people will find some way to spend it. But the funny thing is, after they spend all of that money on material goods, possessions and distractions, they will often turn around and tell other people how much they are "struggling" because they don't have any money. Do you think that this type of mentality is limited to just the "elite"? Think again. I see this type of thing occurring all of the time in the "alternative" media and the in "truth" movement. Actually, sometimes it feels like this truth movement is less of a TM and more of a BM.

Judge Not

I am in no way implying that I am free from error (in the past, in the present or in the future). I learn and grow just like everybody else does...by learning from myself and by learning from others. The opportunity for growth is not just limited to our own experiences and our own insights. It also comes from other people's experiences and other people's insights.

Two phrases that people often quote in situations like this are, "those who live in glass houses, should not throw stones" and "judge not, lest you be judged". There is a lot of wisdom in these sayings. However, there is also the potential for a lot of ignorance as well. Just because a reflection returns back to us, does not mean that we should ignore where that reflection came from. Both types of reflections (internal and external) must be seen and understood to in order to become truly awake and aware.

Of course the power structure does not want us to "judge" them or their actions. They don't us learn how to "judge" the validity of anything in this world. The don't want us to look around too much. Rather, they want us to reserve our "judgment" (keep it to ourselves) and leave the actual judgment to them, their courts and their system (which is also our system, because we help to support it).

The Grand Chessboard

Why are the big egos of this world maneuvered into big positions? Why is narcissistic behavior encouraged in society? Why is money thrown at people who freely admit that they are selfish narcissistic ego-driven individuals? Because the more egotistical that people are in the world, the easier that it is to manipulate, divide and control them.

The power structure encourages egotistical people, because egotistical people encourage egotistical behavior (in the general population). When a "role model" in society freely proclaims that they are narcissistic, this helps other people (followers of that role model) to also think that it is acceptable to be narcissistic. A narcissistic society is in fact a "Satanic" society based on slavery (slavery to the individual ego, slavery to the money system, slavery to consumerism and slavery to bigger egos).

Why are people that trivialize issues often brought to the forefront of society? To help trivialize and make "light" of the situation. Why in the world would we ever want to get to a point where we start thinking that there is a "light side to genocide"? Humor can be a great tool for breaking through social and psychological barriers. However, when humor is used in the wrong way, it can also help to break coherent thought patterns and confuse the issues at hand.

Out on the plains of Africa, a laughing herd of gazelles is an easy meal for the lion. However, a herd of gazelles that are paralyzed by fear, is also an easy meal for the lion. Here on the plains of the "matrix", knowledge, awareness, understanding and humor can be used to either create laughing gazelles, paralyzed gazelles or smart and agile gazelles.

I wonder what a person in the "truth community" would do if they read this series, learned something from it and then used some of those insights on their show (or in their books, websites or presentations). Might those insights help their cause?  What if one of those insights caught the attention of a listener, reader or viewer and they received donation from that person as a result? Or what if they made some money from one (or more) of those insights during one of their commercial endeavors? Would they see a connection? Or would they remain blinded to that connection?

What if someone in the "truth movement" received $10,000 from a small group of donors, would they consider sharing say 5% of that amount with some other people in the truth movement (in order to help keep the movement going)? Or would they hoard that money for themselves to keep "their movement" going? What  "movement" do the elite in this world usually keep moving? The one that they think is best for them.

The Tree of Knowledge

If someone picks from the Tree of Knowledge, and feeds themselves with that fruit, should they give back to the Tree of Knowledge? If they do, should they only return knowledge to the Tree? Or, should they also consider sharing the financial fruits that they have received from the Tree, by returning some of those financial fruits back to the Tree? How might the roots, the limbs and the leaves of the Tree grow (or wither) under such circumstances?

For me personally, it doesn't matter how the information in this series is used or shared (as long as it is done in a constructive manner). I don't want to be famous. I don't even want to be well-known. My only goal is try and increase knowledge, awareness and understanding in the world (and to survive while doing it). I also don't want to be rich. In my opinion, the greatest wealth that a person can obtain is when they are able to witness another person light-up with a true awareness and understanding of Creation. This is true wellth, because it means that we are one step closer to recognizing and realizing true freedom in this world.

Blinded by the Light?

I'm not saying that we shouldn't support the people that were discussed in this essay. Nor I am saying that we shouldn't listen to them. These people, like many others, are helping to bring truth and awareness to the world. What I am suggesting is lets try and support each other (with both compassion and discernment). Lets try to create some real community (with blinders off, and eyes wide open). And lets try to better understand some of the dynamics that are going on beneath the surface, such as:

Contributing to the Cause

I would like to continue in helping to increase knowledge, understanding and awareness in this world. I would also like to contribute to the realization of true freedom in this world. Thus, I would like to keep this effort going. But I don't want to go hungry in the process. And I don't want to be cast aside. Nor do I want to be treated as if I am expendable. Freedom for the whole of humanity can only be fully realized with the active participation of those that make up the whole. If we don't learn to see and understand our connections with each other, then true freedom can never be realized.

Am I prepared to die for truth, awareness and freedom? Yes. But that isn't really the point of freedom. Freedom is not about glory. Freedom is about the chance to finally live and know freedom. It's about learning to recognize and change that which forces us to exist as only a small fraction of what our true potential is. Freedom is about learning how to use awareness as a tool to abolish slavery. Freedom is about the children of tomorrow finally having an opportunity to live in a world of freedom...that we are willing to help create today.

Conclusion

What was that? Some might call it a rant. However, I would call it more of an uncomfortable truth. There are some people in the world that are speaking and living truth and awareness. However, there are also many others that have become temporarily blinded along the way. Nobody is perfect. Therefore, we should not seek to condemn those who have made mistakes (or condemn knowledge by way of those who have made mistakes). But that doesn't mean that we should turn a blind eye to the disease and encourage it grow either.

Perhaps one day there will be real Evolution on this planet and we will begin to speak (talk) and act (walk) truth with a real Conviction of the Heart. However, until then, we might as well be driving our vehicles around in circles or spinning our wheels in the mud (in never-ending revolutions). Because nothing will change, if we continue to feed the system more of the same. A resistance to truth and awareness, is the same as support for ignorance and slavery.

A blindness above, leads to a blindness below. And a blindness below, leads to a blindness above. In other words, there are plenty of blinders for everyone. When the blind lead the blind in this world, what we end up with is a whole lot of people stumbling around and bumping in to each other in the dark.

On the other hand, when an uncomfortable truth becomes known and understood, you begin to see truth in a whole new Light (UC Truth).
