Ontario Federation of Labor

The Ontario Federation of Labor held it's annual convention at the Sheraton Centre, Toronto the week of November 21, 2005. About 1,000 delegates from many various unions attended. It was extremely gratifying to see a high degree of interest in organ and tissue donation by the union members, who visited the Trillium Gift of Life Network booth in a steady stream, asking for information and organ donor cards. It seems that helping fellow human beings is a basic part of union philosophy.
