Trillium Gift of Life Network in Ontario has been blanketing the province with public information sessions to promote organ and tissue donation awareness and to recruit volunteers to help spread the word as public speakers or to work at display booths, etc. This session in Kitchener was held at Conestoga College and attracted an audience of mostly organ transplant recipients or their support persons. Hopefully these sessions will ultimately have an influence on the rate of organ and tissue donation.
