Tanavar Oak Walker

This is my first attempt at sculpting using polymer clay. I have included this sculpture here becuase I believe all things have a beginning and they represent our achievements at a starting point level.

Tanavar Oak Walker deva he is a God of the Tree Devas and is the keeper of all the trees and the life giver to all plants in the forest. He is strong and forgiving to all of the smaller tree deva’s. His powerful and loving green aqua eyes watch over all who enter the forest. His strength is well know in the forest amongst the Deva’s of the forest. Standing firm and tall forever beside Mother Oak as he passes her wisdom over the forest for all to share and grow threw her wisdom.
Mother Oak blossoms only once a year and Tanavar Oak Walker takes her blossom from the top of her tree and raises it and passes it over all the little tree deva’s. All the Deva’s are excited at this time of year, because they know it is the season of life.
Threw the power of love and devotion all living things in the forest grow and thrive every year with the help of Tanavar Oak Walker and the grace of Mother Oak.

This sculptured Polymer clay human figure is the first by this artist.
He has been sculpted over a strong double wire apoxie armature without the use of molds. This one of a kind creation has been sculpted from the mixture of finest polymer clays on the market and is detailed down to his fingers and toes. He is anatomically correct and can be display nude. This male sculpture is not removable from his base.

Tanavar bright aqua/green hand-painted eyes shine his God Tree Deva spirit for all to see. He is 9" tall and has been lightly highlighted with paint of my own creation these highlights and techniques I have used help give him a mystical look. This paint gives the polymer doll a wonderful skin tone color. His leaf shaped wings are made from transparencies designed by the artist and are all hand painted.

His tree has been made from a combination of air dry clay and piece of Juniper wood I collected in Bend Oregon. The base of the tree has been meticulously sculpture from air dry clay and then hand painted to create a seamless join with the Juniper wood.
There is mushrooms, walkways, mystical flowers and bushes, lovely leaves that glimmer in the light. I have use highlights to bring out the wonders that I believe a tree Deva would have. He shimmer in his glory and to a viewers delight.

There is a lot to see on this sculpture to many views to show. The tree has some wonders and a mythical hidden item. I would be happy to show more pictures to any perspective buyer.
