Le Grand Cru 2014 Portugal

In June 2014, Le Grand Cru headed to Portugal. After a pre-trip to Lisbon and Sintra, the group met up in Porto. From Porto, we traveled to Pinhao to sample the wines of the Douro Valley. We next traveled to Comimbra sampling wines on the way. We finished the trip in Evora, a city with a lot of Roman history. All in all, the country side was beautiful, the people friendly and helpful, the food excellent and the wines exceeded expectations.
