Japan Sep/Oct 07

Photos from our trip to Japan from 27th of September to the 14th of October 2007. This trip was more in preparation for a move up to Japan at the end of next year rather than site seeing, but I still saw a few sites and took heaps of photos whenever I got some spare time. The weather was a lot hotter this year than last year.

Places visited this time included Kobe, Osaka, Kyoto, Omi-Imazu and Kinamoto.

Equipment Used: Nikon D50 (lenses Sigma 10-20mm, Nikkor 35mm f/2D AF, Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D AF, Nikkor 70-300mm f/4-5.6G), Casio EX-Z850 and Giotto VT805 tripod.

another impressive gallery! Dont think I'll be going to the Takoyaki shop anytime.
Ive been to Narita aiport but thats all so far. I like th Kobe views, the Kyoto tower, Sunrise over Biwa-ko , Biwa-ko from the Mountains, the castle for starters and of course the MCD's photo..They are my favs so far. And the sub galleries have only just started!!!

Thanks for sharing your photos from this trip. My husband and I are great fans of Haruki Murakami's work, so it's particularly exciting to see places like Kobe that figure so prominently in his stories. I particularly like the shots that reveal what life there is like.
