Given the terrible gloom (and the short time of sunlight) in the last December visit, I had to get back once the season changed. To some extent, this makes it all look even grimmer, as you cannot blame the weather for the misery you're watching. However, from what I can tell, nothing significantly has been made on the demolition side since my December 2014 visit. As of 2015, however, it seems like the demolition is finally gaining speed. I'll be there soon to check it out...
Again, what strikes me visiting this time is how worn and broken it all seems. What in 2004 appeared so well maintained (and it really was) now looks so tarnished and worn.
