The Appalachians meet the Atlantic on this curving tongue of land that juts out into the Bay of St. Lawrence,
earning it the term Land's End. Perce, Quebec is extremely well known for Perce Rock and Bonadventure Island
which have become important landmarks around the Gaspe Peninsula. Forillon National Park, at Land's End,
offers excellent hiking trails and superb views over the Gulf of St. Lawrence from atop its towering cliffs.
