Just like Hawaiian Hula, Tahitian Dance exercise great impression on people around the globe. Many dance companies or clubs train elements of this traditional dance, and even try to excel in competitions. One of such competitions is the "Tahiti Fete", initiated in Hilo, Hawai'i and now also held annually at the University of San Jose, California.

Nice comprehensive study; next time in these venues try out a medium range portrait lenses for your closer up shots (105mm).
