Very cold day today...shot the cloud factory today. It sort of had that Lord of the Rings feel but a white tower instead of black....

That's an amazing blue sky. Creates such great contrast with the steam and tower. Well done.

I haven't tried to convert anything into B&W yet. I will look up some methods of doing so in Photoshop CS and experiment.

Although it's great in color, almost monochrome, have you tried in in black+white?

I like the contrast in the steam clouds. How did this look B&W though. I think it would really enhance this great picture. Rob

Nice composrition and intent (stack/smoke). Unfortunately The blue blackgound is not letting this photo be all it wants to be, nice photo.

It sure does. I enjoy most if not all of your work so much. At times facinated, curious, inspired, informed..well I suppose I could go on and on. I do believe this one is my favorite for this month. Early I realize, may change my mind..This is just FANTASTIC Ron.
