Keep Your Eye on the Sparrow*

Palo Alto Baylands, California

Theme song from "Baretta."

It takes a sharp eye to see that this is not a common House Sparrow, but a migratory Golden-Crowned Sparrow.

Thanks, Nugar. The eye contact is why I chose this title instead of just "Sparrow." --Garrett

Great picture, Garret. The eye contacts makes the photo for me.

Thanks. I had a 1.4x teleconverter on, but pbase doesn't have a way to show that in the lens info. --Garrett

You have done well to get such a great clear shot of such a small bird, but how do you get 280mm from a 70 -200 mm lens?
