We revisited Greece by land in May with a small group led by a professor / friend and specialist in Greek art and archaeology. Most of the trip was familiar to us from past visits to Greece, but there were some new sites as well, including Olympia and Bassai. There is always something new to learn even at sites familiar to us. And it is interesting to see how the restorations and conservation of sites on the Acropolis have progressed .

PIctures on this gallery may be of more interest to art lovers as opposed to those into photographic aesthetics. Hopefully some of the explanations I include will be of interest to a few, and that anyone who visits my gallery will want to learn and see more of this wonderful country that is so full of our own cultural history.
