Driving around Scotland is an experience that I will never get tired of. This is my fifth time doing it and the experience of the highlands, castles, ruins and the magnificent lochs never gets old. Autumn is also my favourite season of the year, and there was plenty of foliage in November when I went. This road trip took a counter clockwise route starting and ending in Edinburgh, with a couple of nights at the Isle of Skye.
These are photos from 2018. Weather in Scotland is unpredictable and although I was there for a week, we were totally rained out for three of the days. However, when the sun was out, it was glorious.
Work in progress.
