Prague at Random

A beautiful city, which is surprisingly easy to get around in. Friendly people, great food, lots of history, culture and music. It makes for a perfect city break for one who does not feel like going too far off the beaten path.

If one does not mind the hordes of tourists, this is a stunning place to visit. Walking on the cobblestone pavements, listening to strains of music from street performers, and generally soaking in hundreds of years of culture as reflected in the perfectly preserved and restored buildings, there is a lot to do and experience here.

I haven't been to Prague, always put off by the prospect of hordes of drunken stag/hen party-goers, but after seeing this I feel I might've been a bit too harsh!

Very much enjoyed this gallery of Prague watched in slideshow mode. The overhead shots are unusual and have been beautifully crafted to make curves and shapes with both the buildings and the throngs of tourists. I also enjoyed the low light shots, and although the excellent 'Waiting for the clock to strike one' is the gallery header, 'Time to go home' was my favourite of the gallery. Big vote from me Azlin!!
