A small country, dangling at the end of a dangerous peninsula, buttressed by a DMZ that has separated non-combatants now for over 50 years, bolstered by one of the most dynamic economies in the world and a population of 47 million technically sophisticated citizens - South Korea. A cool place to visit, full of vibrant people, foods, colors and culture. Had a short visit there in July 2007 that I absolutely enjoyed.
