Panoramic of Kotzebue

I went up to the top of cemetary hill on my snow machine to shoot pictures of something which was about to happen. It was cold, around -30. I was warmly dressed but no matter how warm you dress, standing around in the cold is tedious. If you are actively doing something it's not so bad. But I was just waiting. Whatever I was waiting for didn't appear for an hour....I managed to amuse myself during that time by shooting a serious of images which show Kotzebue from one end to the other. I didn't have a tripod so the shot is hand-held. In two places I missed a few meters. I recently discovered these images and put them into Photoshop's Photomerge which strung them together. I wish I'd had a tripod and done it right. Notice the houses in Sesoalik, across Kotzebue Sound.
