All pics are made on various weekends, when I visited my mother at the place where she was born. A place where also a lot of aunts and uncles of mine are still living, and a place like paradise in my childhood, whenever I came to visit my grandparents.

Things have changed within the last decades in this village. There are some old farm houses here and there that are still in use. But many of them only look like but are renovated inside, bought by people who want to live in the country but work in the cities. And there are all those suburbian like small family houses that havenīt been there when I was young.

I remember the days, when there was the smell of the open canalisation and the noise of all the cows coming back home in the evening from the meadows in the valley. Today everything is so clean and the silence is only disturbed by the tourist groups visiting the castle.

But it is still a lovely place.
