The house of Maria and Calixto, immigrants from respectively Venezuela and Colombia. Moved into the street in 2003. Maria works at the university in Leuven, her husband Calixto works for a Belgian NGO. Together they have a 9 month old baby girl, Alena.
I visited them on a Saturday, whilst they were busy cooking breakfast South-American style.
Update: in 2007 they will have their second baby and Alena has grown into a cute toddler. Maybe I have to do a second shoot at their house once the new baby has arrived.
