Tasmania's North West

During a return visit in May 2021, Barbara and I rediscovered old favourites including the charming fishing township of Stanley, nestled beneath the distinctive volcanic plug known as The Nut and further down the coast, the town called Penguin. For the first time, we turned inland to venture down towards the historic mining town of Waratah (today a village, at best).

These images were mostly taken with Nikon D300 using RAW format, and are available for licensing.
