We started the Overland Track from Lake Dove in the morning and headed South, passing Wombat Pools, Marions Lookout and reached Kitchen Hut by lunchtime. We took the sidetrip to the summit of Cradle Mountain before returning to the Overland Track and ending our day at Waterfall Valley Huts where we camped for the night. A possum visited my tent and took 2 bars of chocolate at around 3am….
