On Day 6, the group split into 2. John accompanied Uncle & Aunty to head straight to Narcissus Hut while the others including myself made our way to Pine Valley Hut. My group, for the first time, walked at above average speed, overtaking several groups of people and reached Pine Valley Hut close to 1pm. We finally got to sleep inside the hut and had time to wash our feet and clothes in a nearby creek. We relaxed a bit in the afternoon and walked briefly on the Labyrinth track but turned back after 20 minutes because we were feeling a bit tired and lazy.
