Tim, Your Bird Gallery is exceptional. Your sense of lighting is wonderful, and your ruffled-feather head shots are outstanding. You have been, and continue to be, and inspiration to me as a bird photographer. After seeing your shots on pbase, I purchased a Canon 30D and Canon 100-400mm lens. Tim thanks for the email. The photos are great of the birds and I look forward to seeing the baby chick screaming for food. I looked up the camera you recommended, pricey, I'm thinking about it though. I have no Canon lenses is there a digital that accepts the minolta lens? Diane

Love your photos. Yours I open when I get it from the alligator farm sends. I am a painter but love taking my photos of the birds. I do turtle patrol for Fort Clinch State Park and although I have just a pretty good digital camera, no fancy lens I love the Alligator Farm because with even my equipment I can get decent shots. Keep up the good work. Sandra

A wonderful gallery, Tim. The crispness in your portrait shots is superb. You've also done a great job of judiciously using fill flash to bring out detail in the shots with tricky lighting.
