You're both right about the title, and bottles is well within sniffing distance (another clue); i.e.both the title and the image have been inverted. The pattern is actually an etched part of a flat, stainless steel blade, which acts very effectively as a non-stick "release" surface (but only when what's being cut is at room temperature, which it should be unless the host hasn't a clue). I'd give you a link now to the original which shows the manufacturer's imprint, but I can't find the damn thing right at the moment! :-) Back in a little while with that...
