Incongruity

This was taken through glass at the world's largest indoor ski run at the Mall of the Emirates. Despite the reflections in the window, the problem with the lights, the noise and all, I really love these two totally covered ladies in their quilted coats, looking at "snow" in the middle of the desert.

Wow, an indoor ski slope! Very nice composition and lighting and the glare from the lights looks really good in this shot.

LOL, Ransom (about the noise). But the noise problem was in their coats, and I still see it. And I had to try to lighten them since as originally shot they were underexposed and it was hard to distinguish between them and the headscarves. Another instance of a lot of work with my minimal PS skills, but despite the noisy coats and glass smudges, I love the scene. I had taken another picture I loved here of a family -- the man with an Arab headdress, the wife totally covered and their child playing in the snow but with the very slow shutter speed required it simply proved unfixable for me. Not sure what the complaint is here!! It's a Great Shot!!Only noise I see in in your description!!!
