Tour of the Mekong Delta

I took a four-day tour of the Mekong Delta, starting in Phnom Penh and ending in Saigon. It was a great way to cross from Cambodia to Vietnam, and cost only $40, which included three nights' accommodation and breakfast - not a bad deal!

We are also looking to do the same trip but the question i ask is that is it possible to do it in a day? (from Phnom Penh to HCMC)

I'm preparing a similar trip but I have same problem to find information: all the tour are on the other direction. Please, please help me!
