Very tasty ekiben with fish and rice covered with fish floss. Pickles and the famous •wasabi-zuke•, a pasty food with wasabi leaves in sakes lees so there's a distinct cheesy, alcohol flavor along with the spiciness of wasabi. A truly acquired taste but we love it!
