After two days of sailing across the Tasman Sea, we arrived outside of Sydney Harbor at about 10:00 am. Pretty sights going in. We scheduled a flight back for the next day so we had another day in Darling Harbor where we walked around a Chinese garden. The last photos are back in at the Inn Above Tide and it was a beautiful day to end a beautiful trip.
Sydney Harbor North Head
Closer with lots of little boats
And crashing waves
Passed by a ferry
Too bad it didn’t say “Canon”
There’s Sydney
Closer now
Sunnier than when we left
Classic view
Looks like a sailing class
Governor’s residence
Getting closer
Back under the Bridge
Luna Amusement Park
Would be a nice place to live
The Sun Princess in Sydney…..
We certainly had a great time on her
Christmas decorations on a hot day are unusual for us
“Everywhere” defined
Nice flowering trees
We found a Chinese garden in Darling Harbor
It was really a pretty place
Complete with a stone dragon
Lily pads and pretty big fish
And a nice view of Sydney….
With more flowering trees
We are now back “home” in Sausalito looking at that view
