Woodpeckers

There are 4 species of woodpecker found in the Park all year round - and almost anywhere in the Park that has suitable (mainly deciduous) forest.
Can be very hard to see even when their call or drumming draws attention. Loud drumming is likely to be the bearded woodpecker.

IF you get a good view and photos, they are fairly easy to tell apart but, as can be seen from my poor selection, this is not at all easy!
